"Royal Revolution"

Women's Cut & Sew

"Royal Revolution"
- is a call to action, where the future collides with the past in a bold cyberpunk narrative. This collection is a radical fusion of innovation and sustainability, featuring upcycled leather jackets with integrated straps that allow them to convert into sleek backpacks. The sleeves, crafted from leather woven into a futuristic design, push the boundaries of style. The knitwear pieces are elevated with punched holes and embellished with eyelets, adding an industrial edge.

The standout bumbag is both functional and symbolic. Designed for adaptability, it includes a built-in charging station, ammo straps, and a brass-knuckle-inspired grip at the bottom. Crafted from eco-conscious cork, it embodies both resilience and rebellion. The chains on the convertible bag reference the weight of oppression—the struggles that tie down the working class—reclaimed here as a symbol of resistance and empowerment.

" The Way Of The Sword "

Women's Sportswear

"The Way of The Sword" is a Kendo-inspired women's sportswear collection that merges tradition with innovation. Rooted in the discipline and aesthetics of Kendo, this collection reinterprets the sport’s essence through cutting-edge technical fabrics and performance-driven design. The showpiece, a Kendo helmet engineered with electroluminescent tech fibers, illuminates with electricity, embodying the fusion of heritage and futurism. Precision light-reactive topstitching enhances the garments, dynamically responding to movement and environment. Developed in collaboration with Kendoverband Berlin, this project is presented as part of the HTW Berlin 4th-semester showcase. (2016)
